My practice is based in Westport, Connecticut but serves all of Fairfield County and includes tele-health therapy for those in New York and Westchester County as well as Connecticut. I built my practive with an emphasis on high quality patient care and experience with a particular emphasis on communication and responsiveness. I feel privileged to be entrusted with a patient's care and to bear witness during their vulnerable times while they seek help.
My practice is dedicated to working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, helping them make essential changes to improve their functioning and enhance their quality of life. Goals are to empower patients with solution-focused approaches guiding them through challenging situations and relationships within a warm, constructive, and confidential environment that restores balance in their lives.
Further goals are to help patients achieve hope, problem-solving skills to use in the future and personal empowerment for those facing anxiety, depression and adjustment issues. I also provide therapy for individuals, couples who are experiencing the challenges of infidelity, marital and family discord, divorce and the accompanying changes for themselves and their families as well as providing psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
